Can you cope with large volume orders?

Dont worry....we can sort it all out for you once we know your requirements, simply either call, fax or email us and we will do our best to help you.
We are after something for a big event and wondered if you have any other items available not shown here?
Yes, we can specially source items for you depending on the quantity required. We have many contacts including LSA, and most famous crystal manufacturers. An example was a client who desired a special glass ice bucket, for a new product launch. They wanted 5000 of them and after showing them our clients catalogue, they chose an item which was then hand made and shipped over to the U.K We then had to create a unique artwork to adapt to the items shape. So basically if you can't see what you want, and are after something a bit special, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
What is your turnaround time?
Usually within 2-5 working days apon aproval of artworks. Please however try and leave us as much time as possible. Most of our glass, crystal and mirror are ordered in especially, and are with us within in 24 hours of ordering. Some are already in stock however.
Do you send artwork proofs?
Yes. We dont go ahead with any job untill you have confirmed total happiness with artworks etc. We will change them for you if you are not, until you are all free of charge.
